APD SERVICES

Perpetual Care Services provides one-on-one companionship and assistance to people of all ages with intellectual and/or physical disabilities.  Through compassionate and inclusive aide, we walk side-by-side to help you or your loved one participate in day to day activities, feel more connected to others, improve experiences and increase everyone's mental health.  

We are an Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) service provider.  APD works in partnership with local communities to support individuals with developmental disabilities in living, learning and working in their communities.   

APD also provide assistance to help you access critical services and support so clients can reach their full potential.  The agency serves people with spina bifida, autism, cerebral palsy, Prader-Willi syndrome, Down syndrome, Phelan-McDermid syndrome and intellectual disabilities.
